FRIDAY'S HEADLINES
**Steven Jackson doubtful for Week 11 against Niners...
....the Rams running back will sit out his second consecutive game with a lingering thigh injury. Antonio Pittman, who was a full participant in practice Friday will start this Sunday.
**Clinton Portis unlikely to play Sunday night...
....for fantasy owners and the Washington Redskins, it's not looking good for Portis on Sunday. The NFL's 2nd leading rusher this season is unlikely to play Sunday. Portis did not practice on Friday and if he's unavailable, Ladell Betts could start.
**Reggie Bush ruled OUT for Week 11...
....the Saints have announced that their running back will not dress for Sunday's game with the Chiefs. Bush was a long shot to go, having missed practiced Thursday and Friday. A return to the field next week sounds likely.
**Matt Hasselbeck set to start against Cardinals in Week 11...
....the Seahawks quarterback finished off a full week of practice and after being cleared by doctors on Wednesday night, he's set to start Sunday against the Cardinals.
**Kyle Orton is probable for Sunday and could start...
....the Bears quarterback was able to participate in practice on Friday and is listed as probable, meaning he is more than likely going to start against the Packers on Sunday. Orton will be playing with a sore ankle, so mobility could be an issue.
**Deion Branch completes full week of practice...
....the Seahawks wide receiver completed his second day of full practice on Friday and is expected to start on Sunday against the Cardinals. Branch has not played since Week 5.
**Tatum Bell expected to see carries on Sunday...
....the Bronco's recently signed running back was praised for being in good football shape, but it is not likely he'll see a heavy load. Bell is expected to split carries with FB Peyton Hillis. Bell's knowledge of the offense should give him a real opportunity to win the starting job going forward.
**Chris Chambers fully participates in practice Friday...
....the Chargers wide receiver completed a full practice on Thursday with no setbacks and is no longer listed on the injury report. Chambers is expected to start Sunday against the Steelers.
