Grade This Week: D+

3. QB-Matt Ryan (Overall grade B+ / 3.505 gpa)
The Falcons rookie passer had a career day on Sunday. Well it was his career day recording his first 300 yard passing game. Ryan completed 22 of 30 passes for 301 yards and a touchdown to lead an exciting come from behind win over the Bears. (18-FPts)
Grade This Week: A+

4. RB-Chris Johnson (Overall grade B / 3.455 gpa)
The Titans featured running back was inactive with the team on a bye.
Grade This Week: no grade

5. RB-Jonathan Stewart (Overall grade C+ / 2.750 gpa)
The Panthers rookie running back struggled to get loose last Sunday against a stiff Tampa defense. Stewart carried the ball only 6 times for just 12 yards rushing and added just one catch for a single yard. (1-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

6. RB-Tim Hightower (Overall grade B- / 2.750 gpa)
The Cardinal's rookie runner was a bit more active in week 6, but was unable to find the end-zone. Hightower carried the ball 7 times for 20 yards and did add 4 catches for a total of 29 yards. (4-FPts)
Grade This Week: D

7. WR-DeSean Jackson (Overall grade C+ / 2.625 gpa)
The ups and downs of D-Jax continued in week 6. Following a dismal week 5 (21 total yards), Jackson rebounded in week 6 with 6 receptions for 98 yards receiving against the Niner's. (9-FPts)
Grade This Week: B-

The Lions rookie running back didn't see a lot of action last week against the Vikings, but he managed to make the most of the chances he was given. Smith carried the ball just 5 times, but ran for 62 yards. He also had 2 catches for 11 yards. (7-FPts)
Grade This Week: C

Grade This Week: F

11. WR-Donnie Avery (Overall grade C / 2.250 gpa)
The Rams receiver displayed some of that speed the team had hoped to see when they drafted the former Cougar from the University of Houston. Avery blazed his way through the Redskin's secondary for 73 receiving yards last Sunday, including a 43 yard pass play. (7-FPts)
Grade This Week: C

12. RB-Darren McFadden (Overall grade C / 2.050 gpa)
The Raider's rookie running back returned to the field of action last Sunday, but didn't make much noise. McFadden carried the ball just 8 times and finished the day with only 30 yards rushing. (3-FPts)
Grade This Week: D-

13. QB-Joe Flacco (Overall grade C- / 1.750 gpa)
The Ravens rookie quarterback has hit some hard times of late. Last Sunday Flacco was sacked four times and turned to ball over three times, finishing the day with 241 pass yards and no touchdowns. (4-FPts)
Grade This Week: D

14. TE-Dustin Keller (Overall grade D+ / 1.675 gpa)
The Jets rookie tight was basically a no-show in week 6. Keller was held without a catch on the day and was not targeted much all afternoon. If you don't have a "C" in your name (Coles, Cotchery, Chansi) you're probably not going to see many balls. (0-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

15. TE-John Carlson (Overall grade D+ / 1.600 gpa)
The Seahawks rookie tight end did not have too many chances last Sunday, but he did manage to find the end-zone. With so many injuries to the Seahawks receivers Carlson has emerged as the team's leading receiver with 16 receptions this season. In week 6 he caught 4 passes for 22 yards. (2-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

16. WR-Jordy Nelson (Overall grade D- / 1.050 gpa)
The Packers rookie receiver seems to be stepping into the role of number three with James Jones sidelined. Nelson caught 4 passes for 42 yards last Sunday against Seahawks. (4-FPts)
Grade This Week: D

17. WR-Mike Tolbert (Overall grade D- / 0.900 gpa)
The Chargers rookie full back saw little activity in the running game last week against the Patriots, but he did get five carries for 15 yards. Tolbert is not likely to have any fantasy option appeal. (1-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

18. RB-Kregg Lumpkin (No final grade / Placed on IR)
The Packers running back Kregg Lumpkin has not been active much fighting injuries and was finally placed on the Injured reserve ending his season.
Grade This Week: no grade

19. RB-Ray Rice (Overall grade D- / .850 gpa)
With McGahee exiting early with an undisclosed injury, the Ravens rookie saw a opportunity to see extended action. Rice ran the ball 6 times for 23 yards and recorded 7 catches for 64 yards. (8-FPts)
Grade This Week: C+

20. WR-Harry Douglas (Overall grade F / 0.425 gpa)
The Falcons rookie wide out had a productive Sunday last week against the Bears. Douglas caught 5 passes for 96 yards (19.2 yds/reception) and ran the ball once for an 11 yard loss. (8-FPts)
Grade This Week: C+

21. WR-James Hardy (Overall grade F / 0.500 gpa)
The Bills wide receiver was inactive with the team on a bye.
Grade This Week: no grade

22. TE-Tom Santi (Overall grade F / 0.400 gpa)
The Colts rookie tight end was not involved much in the passing game in week 6. With a lot of the attention going to the receivers, Santi did not see any targets on Sunday. With Manning and Harrison looking like their old selves, Santi is not likely to see too many balls going forward. (0-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

23. RB-Jamaal Charles (Overall grade F / 0.350 gpa)
With LJ on the sideline this week, the Chiefs rookie will look to build off his week 6 performance. Charles had only 4 carries for 18 yards and caught 4 passes for 22 yards. (3-FPts)
Grade This Week: D-

24. WR-Syndric Steptoe (Overall grade F / 0.250 gpa)
The former Wildcat out of Arizona, did not see many targets Monday night in the Brown's big win over the Giants. Steptoe caught one pass for 20 yards. For the year Steptoe has a total of 8 catches for 78 yards. (2-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

25. WR-Early Doucet (Overall grade F / .250 gpa)
After a week where he caught 6 passes, the Cardinal's rookie receiver was pretty much non-existence in week 5 against the Cowboys. Doucet managed just one catch for 3 yards. (0-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

Missed the Cut...
These rookies have either not seen enough action to be ranked or have not gotten involved with their respective offenses enough to produce sufficient numbers. With Bryant Johnson hobbling in Frisco, Morgan could soon move up. Bess and Bennett are not likely to see their situations change anytime soon, but check back every week to see how they score or if their grades improve!

WR-Josh Morgan
The Niner's rookie receiver saw a few targets last week and could see many more going forward. In week 6 Morgan caught just one pass for 25 yards against the Eagles defense. There is word he could soon be challenging for playing time as a starter. (2-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

WR-Davone Bess
The Dolphin's rookie receiver has seen little action this season. Against the Texans in week 6, Bess only caught one pass for 10 yards. With the Dolphins ball control offense and Pennington's small arm, it's highly unlikely that Bess will see any relevant action soon. (1-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

TE-Martellus Bennett
The Cowboys rookie tight end disappeared last week in the team's passing game. Bennett saw no balls on Sunday and finished with no catches. Going forward, as long as he is playing behind Witten he will continue to see days like these. (0-FPts)
Grade This Week: F

Newest relevant Classmates making fantasy noise...
**The Bronco's rookie running back Ryan Torain resumed practicing with the team and could be just a few short weeks away from seeing his first NFL action. Word is Torain will have a chance to compete for the starting gig.

**The Cowboy's rookie runner Tashard Choice will be elevated into action behind starter Marion Barber with Felix Jones sidelined. Choice has not see much action, but should fill in fine as the back-up.

These are my grades for the week, check back next week, when I will update The Rookie Report Card!
