**Selvin Young practices without limits...
.....the Broncos running back was able to practice without limitations and figures to be active for Sunday's matchup with Carolina. It is likely he and running back Tatum Bell will split carries.
**Gore "very" unlikely to play Sunday against Dolphins...
.....according to ESPN the Niners running back does not look like a safe play for Sunday with the ankle injury. He should be on your bench for Week 15.
**Cassel practices Friday, but still questionable for Sunday...
....Cassel's father passed away earlier in the week, but the Patriots quarterback returned to practice on Thursday and was able to complete practice Friday as well. His status for Sunday is still in question, although he is likely to play.
**Barber limited Friday, expected to be game-time Sunday...
....the Cowboys running back was a limited participant in practice on Friday. He's being called a game-time decision, but if he plays, he figures to split time with Tashard Choice.
**Addai likely to miss Sunday according to ESPN...

WEEK 15 Starts, Sits, & Avoid
Play:
Ward in Jacobs OUT: ESPNews reports that Giants running back Brandon Jacobs will not play Sunday, opening the door for Derrick Ward to start against the Cowboys. In their first matchup this season the Giants offense ran up 200-yards on the ground and Ward had 63 of those. Although the Cowboys defense has looked improved, Ward should see plenty of touches and could be a solid play this week.
Rhodes in Addai OUT: Addai (shoulder) was hurt last week against the Bengals and according to ESPN's John Clayton he will probably not play. Even if Addai is active, he'd likely see a very limited load opening the door for back up running back Dominic Rhodes. Rhodes has been a solid back up and has a great matchup this Sunday. Rhodes is versatile and will be involved with the pass as well as the run.
Westbrook practiced Friday: The Eagles running back is coming off back-to-back monster performances and with an extra day of rest should be ready to go Monday night. Westbrook has a great matchup against the leagues 28th ranked run defense and could make it three solid weeks in row.
Maurice Jones-Drew only option: With running back Fred Taylor now on IR and the team's receiving options dwindling, MJD should not only be the featured back, but the featured option on offense. Expect a big game from Mo-jo on Sunday.
Sit:
Trent Edwards expected to sit Sunday: The Bills quarterback is not likely to play Sunday against the Jets according to the Buffalo News. Edwards is suffering from a groin injury, even if he's activated and plays, he'll have limited mobility and will be a huge risk to play.
Barber game-time for Sunday: With the solid play of back up running back Tashard Choice last week, even if the Cowboys running back Marion Barber (toe, calf) plays, Choice would likely see the heavier load of work. The Cowboys do not play until Sunday night, but owners should not take the risk of waiting, sit Barber.
Avoid:
Bell and Young : With Selvin Young active for Sunday, he and running back Tatum Bell are likely to share the load against the Panthers. Neither are very attractive options this week facing a pretty good Carolina run defense and should be avoided in fantasy leagues this week.
Garrard in Jax: The Jaguars are banged up at the receiver and with Jerry Porter (groin) OUT and Matt Jones suspended, quarterback David Garrard won't have many favorable options. Expect the Jags to feature MJD this Sunday, who makes his second start of his career with Taylor on IR.
