NOISE-SHAKERS! PLAY-MAKERS! GAME-BREAKERS!

D-Mac running at full-speed...
....the Raiders running back has shed the walking boot, is practicing in full, and is not on the team's injury report. It looks like this rookie is ready to roll. Fantasy owners that dealt away this kid, could be kicking themselves. With McFadden having not done much over the past several weeks, some owners may be looking at him with lesser value. Now is the time to take advantage and strike fast. D-mac is the more appealing run option in the Raider's backfiled and with the team coming close to trading RB Michael Bush, McFadden has to be the favorite in the 2nd half of the season. We've already seen that McFadden has the capabilty of running big, if he's out there available or being offered, grab him!

Johnson ruled out for Week 7...
....the Kansas City Chiefs head coach Herm Edwards announced that running back Larry Johnson would be deactivated this Sunday against the Titans for violating unspecified team rules. In the midst of all of LJ's legal troubles off the field at the moment, Edwards did offer that this move was unrelated. This has to become a very unnerving situation for fantasy owners, who are already down on LJ with his heroic 2 yard performance two weeks ago. The Chiefs appear to be in full-rebuild mode, and it's becoming terrible difficult to read where exactly LJ will fit in. Moving forward in light of all circumstances, LJ now becomes a high risk play and should be valued no higher than a mid RB3, until the situation in KC changes.

Chances of Romo playing Sunday improving...
....there not a lot being said either way of Romo's chances of playing this week, other than there is a chance which is more than what was initially reported earlier this week. Romo has thrown on the side during pracitce for two days now and reports are he has looked good. Romo was limited in practice Thursday, taking snaps from the shotgun only. For the moment his status appears to be clearly up in the air. Fantasy owners will have to wait until Friday or possibly game time for a decision to be made.

Winslow with team, still not cleared...
....the Brown's tight end rejoined the team on Thursday, but has yet to be cleared to return to practice. It is highly doubtful Winslow will be available in to play this Sunday against the Redskins. If you own Winslow, look to pick up his back up Steve Heiden (5 catches 59 yards Monday night) this week, who could serve as a good fill-in, until Winslow III can return to playing.

Shockey expected to return this week....
....the Saints tight end has practiced 2 straight days and according to head coach Sean Payton it was "a good sign" for Shockey's chances of playing Sunday. The tight end has been out several weeks recovering from a groin injury, but appears to be a safe bet to start this Week against the Panthers. Fantasy owners should keep an eye out to see if Shockey practices Friday and how he does. If he has not setbacks, he a certainty to start and should be a good top 10 TE play this week for fantasy owners.

Wallace expected to start, if healthy....
....the word is quarterback Seneca Wallace, if healthy would get the nod at starting this Sunday for the Seahawks. While both Frye and Wallace were expected to split reps this week, on Thursday Wallace practiced with the first team exclusively. If Wallace does start, he's hardly an appealing waiver option and pretty much not worthy of any roster spots this week. With the offense really struggling this season, with Deion Branch likely out, and a poor matchup against the Bucs, only desperate housewives should even be considering this pick up.

Jarrett number three in Carolina...
....it looks like the door is wide open for the Panther's wide receiver Dwayne Jarrett to contribute to the team's passing game in week 7. With Muhammad likely to see Saints corner Mike McKenzie, Jarrett could see some favorable matchups and a few extra throws his way on Sunday. Panthers WR DJ Hackett has been unsuccessful staying healthy this season, giving Jarrett this opportunity. Steve Smith is likely the only appealing receivng option in Carolina this week, but keep an eye on Jarrett who could start seeing more time on the field week-to-week.
