THE ATL REPORT

Storylines this week:
  • Culpepper to start for Detroit: The Lions will likely start Daunte Culpepper at quarterback with Orlovsky sidelined with an injured thumb. Culpepper was just signed by the team six days ago.
  • The Rams will be without Jackson: Jackson did not practice this week and has been ruled out for Sunday. Kenneth Darby will start for the Rams and RB Antonio Pittman is expected to be available.
  • Stewart will be game-time: Stewart participated in the teams light workout on Friday in California, but did not practice this week otherwise. He is listed as questionable, and if not available, DeAngelo Williams could see a heavy load against the Raiders.
  • Parker will miss Week 10: After not practicing all week, the Steelers running back will sit on Sunday. MeWelde Moore is expected to start and is considered a strong play against the Colts run defense.
  • Roethlisberger uncertain for Sunday?: Big Ben did practice Friday and is expected to be able to go, but with a slightly separated shoulder it is still uncertain as to whether he will start. If Ben sits, Lord Byron Leftwich would get the start for the Steelers.
